how to generate your litecoin core wallet private key

It is very important to encrypt your wallet and control your private key. its can be to secure your wallet + whenever any fork happens its easy to claim your free tokens.

Step 1) Download Litecoin Core from official website. (https://litecoin.com/#wallets)

Step 2) Launch Litecoin core















Step 3) encrypt your wallet with a strong passphrase.














Step 5) Now go to help -> Debug Window -> Console

























Step 6) now on command prompt execute below commands to generate private key


walletpassphrase "<passphrase>" 600
dumpprivkey <Litecoin address>

Now print this key along with passphrase or store it in external hard drive to protect your digital assets.
