How to claim your Litecoin Cash?

 


Litecoin fork happened at block 1371111 on 18 Feb. its first time litecoin is forked. LCC is switched to SHA256 proof-of-work hashes. This enables a new use for previously obsolete Bitcoin mining hardware. For every 1 LTC you held at the fork block, you can claim 10 LCC.

Follow below instructions to claim your LCC.

Note: Do not upload or share your Litecoin private key before moving your Litecoin to different wallet or exchange.

Step 1) Download LCC wallet from litecoin cash official site (https://litecoinca.sh/)

Step 2) now once LCC core wallet is installed. Launch it and wait for it to download & sync blockchain from internet. It will take 5 to 10 hrs based on your internet speed. 

Step 3) once block chain is completely downloaded import your private key.










Note: Make sure your Litecoin wallet is empty before performing Step 3.

Step 4) it will take 10 to 30 minutes before your LCC is credited in your wallet.
